TRADE CUSTOMER SHIPPING INFORMATION

Shipping fee is NOT calculated automatically at check out. Shipping cost depends on destination and size of your order.

All of our items are packaged individually in sealed clear plastic bags and packed into cardboard boxes. The largest box we have available measures 60 cm x 40 cm x 60 cm. As a rough guide, each of the large boxes can hold a maximum of 8 blankets or a maximum of 10 throws – mixed orders will vary according to the type and volume of items ordered.

Shipping costs is £9.75 per box in the UK. Orders will be dispatched as soon as possible after payment is received. All orders are usually shipped to the UK mainland via DPD, UPS.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: All deliveries to destinations outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied by the importing country at the time the delivery arrives in your country. All applicable duties, fees and any additional charges are outside of our control and you will be responsible for these payments.

Non-UK orders will be considered an international order. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which will be collected upon delivery. As a customer, you will be responsible for the payment of such import charges. JJ Textile Ltd is not liable for any duties or taxes associated with any orders processed by JJ Textile Ltd

Import charges are normally based on the item’s price, weight, dimensions, and country of origin, as well as any local taxes, duties and fees. However, as charges vary across countries, JJ Textile Ltd advises you to contact your local customs office for further information.
