Express

£6.95 – 1-2 days – DHL Express delivery (Mon-Fri)

Over the festive period (20th December – 3rd January 2023), UK Express parcels will be sent via UPS

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We ship worldwide. The shipping fee is calculated automatically at check out and depends on the total package weight and destination country.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: All deliveries to destinations outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied by the importing country at the time the delivery arrives in your country. All applicable duties, fees and any additional charges are outside of our control and you will be responsible for these payments.

Non-UK orders will be considered an international order. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which will be collected upon delivery. As a customer, you will be responsible for the payment of such import charges. JJ Textile Ltd is not liable for any duties or taxes associated with any orders processed by JJ Textile Ltd

Import charges are normally based on the item’s price, weight, dimensions, and country of origin, as well as any local taxes, duties and fees. However, as charges vary across countries, JJ Textile Ltd advises you to contact your local customs office for further information.

Due to circumstances beyond our control, parcels may be delayed. This is especially true during the festive period and current Royal Mail strikes.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. 

Returns

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging and sent “Recorded Delivery”

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please be aware that if you have not paid import duties and taxes, which is individual to each counrty, and the parcel gets returned to us, these charges will be deducted from your refund. 

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned

item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

When approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. 

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-­refundable.

If your order has been delivered by DHL Express we can email you a return label. The label will need to be printed out, stuck on the top of the old label by yourself and you will need to book in a collection by yourself with DHL Express only.

When you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping covered by JJ Textile will be deducted from your refund.
